The Playhouse Academy Financial Assistance Fund 

Please join us in making the Playhouse Academy accessible to any interested students! The Financial Assistance Fund, established in 2011 by a generous grant from the Central Alabama Community Foundation , supported since 2015 by the Support the Arts Tag License Fund , with additional support from Alabama Power , has allowed our classes to thrive! Nearly 60% of our students attend at no cost to their families, and our students join us after school from all over the River Region. 

Theater arts classes at the Playhouse Academy build confidence, creativity, empathy, and literacy - and they're fun. 

Help us continue to keep our school doors open wide to students in grades K-12.
