Esther Hart

Esther Hart started violin at the age of ten. She joined Alabama Symphony Youth Orchestra at sixteen and joined the Montgomery Symphony Orchestra at seventeen. At the age of fourteen, she played in the pit orchestra in her first theatre production, Phantom of the Opera at Faulkner University, and had the time of her life. With Faulkner University, she also played in Oklahoma and Fiddler on The Roof. She was a part of many Millbrook Community Theatre musicals- South Pacific, State Fair, Fiddler on The Roof and Annie. At her favorite theatre of all time to work with, Wetumpka Depot Players, she played in I Love You, You’re Perfect, Now Change and Young Frankenstein.  Music is her passion, and she loves the theater!

Check out the video of Esther recording the music for the Playhouse production of Little Women!

Michael Thornton

Michael Thornton began his relationship with music through singing and playing in the church choir.

This developed into an interest in secular music ranging from his high school pop-punk band, a singer/songwriter duo in college, a solo career in country and folk music, and a Southern folk rock band called The Whiskey Giants, which played around the River Region a few years ago. He is currently teaching English at LAMP High School in Montgomery,

where is also the girls' basketball coach.

Michael lives in Montgomery with his wife, Shannon,

and his son, Sean.
